⚠️ Wichtiger Hinweis: Diese Feldliste enthält alle Felder die der Medical Cube (ImplantDok) unterstützt. Nicht alle Felder sind für die IRD-Meldung verpflichtend oder relevant. Im Rahmen von AP 1.6 (Datenanalyse) muss geprüft werden, welche Felder für die Meldung tatsächlich benötigt werden. Erst danach kann das Mapping auf ISH-Quellfelder sinnvoll priorisiert werden.
Aufgabentypen:
A = Übernehmen (Daten liegen strukturiert vor, 1:1-Übernahme möglich)
B = Transformieren (Daten vorhanden, aber Mapping oder Konvertierung erforderlich)
C = Erfassen (Daten fehlen oder liegen unstrukturiert vor; Dokumentationsprozess anpassen)
Hinweis Array-Felder: Felder vom Typ
arraykönnen mehrere Werte gleichzeitig enthalten. Die Übertragungslogik muss Mehrfachauswahl unterstützen.
Hinweis Messwert-Paare: Viele numerische Felder haben ein zugehöriges Unbekannt-Flag (
_unbekannt). Beide Felder müssen gemeinsam übertragen werden. Liegt der Messwert nicht vor, ist das Flag zu setzen statt den Wert leer zu lassen.
Hinweis THG vs. IM3: Art des Eingriffs (
operation_moduldaten_art_eingriff) unterscheidet konventionellen Aortenklappenersatz (THG) von TAVI (IM3). Mehrere Felder sind nur für TAVI relevant (Zugangsweg kathetergestützt, Ballondilatation, Rapid Pacing, Valve-in-Valve etc.). Die Trigger-Logik muss den Eingriffstyp auswerten.
