⚠️ Wichtiger Hinweis: Diese Feldliste enthält alle Felder die der Medical Cube (ImplantDok) unterstützt. Nicht alle Felder sind für die IRD-Meldung verpflichtend oder relevant. Im Rahmen von AP 1.6 (Datenanalyse) muss geprüft werden, welche Felder für die Meldung tatsächlich benötigt werden. Erst danach kann das Mapping auf ISH-Quellfelder sinnvoll priorisiert werden.
Aufgabentypen:
A = Übernehmen (Daten liegen strukturiert vor, 1:1-Übernahme möglich)
B = Transformieren (Daten vorhanden, aber Mapping oder Konvertierung erforderlich)
C = Erfassen (Daten fehlen oder liegen unstrukturiert vor; Dokumentationsprozess anpassen)

eQS(externe Qualitätssicherung) gekennzeichnet – das sind Felder die primär für die eQS-Meldung (nicht zwingend IRD) relevant sind. Diese müssen beim IRD-Abgleich besonders geprüft werden.

EPRD-Mapping werden bereits über die bestehende EPRD-Anbindung übermittelt. Überschneidungen mit IRD-Anforderungen sind zu prüfen – ggf. können diese Felder als Typ A eingestuft werden.
