⚠️ Wichtiger Hinweis: Diese Feldliste enthält alle Felder die der Medical Cube (ImplantDok) unterstützt. Nicht alle Felder sind für die IRD-Meldung verpflichtend oder relevant. Im Rahmen von AP 1.6 (Datenanalyse) muss geprüft werden, welche Felder für die Meldung tatsächlich benötigt werden. Erst danach kann das Mapping auf ISH-Quellfelder sinnvoll priorisiert werden.
Aufgabentypen:
A = Übernehmen (Daten liegen strukturiert vor, 1:1-Übernahme möglich)
B = Transformieren (Daten vorhanden, aber Mapping oder Konvertierung erforderlich)
C = Erfassen (Daten fehlen oder liegen unstrukturiert vor; Dokumentationsprozess anpassen)
Hinweis eQS-Felder: Viele Felder sind mit
eQSgekennzeichnet – primär für die externe Qualitätssicherung relevant. IRD-Relevanz separat zu klären.
Hinweis EPRD: Felder mit
EPRD-Mapping werden bereits über die bestehende EPRD-Anbindung übermittelt. Überschneidungen mit IRD-Anforderungen sind zu prüfen.
Hinweis Hüfte/Knie-Gemeinsamkeiten: Mehrere Felder sind identisch zur Hüft-Feldliste (insbesondere OP-Navigation/Robotik, Wechselgründe TFE, Implantatbruch TFE, Postoperativ-Komplikationen). Einmalige Klärung der IRD-Relevanz gilt für beide Entitäten.
